Aurelia came to the US as a teen from Mexico. Gaining her citizenship in the 1980's, she spent years working in hospitality at Disney's Grand Floridian hotel. In 2006 she decided to get her real estate license and helmed the property management area of another real estate company until 2009, when she opened her own brokerage.
Bilingual Spanish/English.

Licensed in 2010, Daniel joined Aurelia in managing and now runs much of the rental listings in the office. You can find him out and about in the office, at home showings and walk throughs.

Who We Are

At Your Service Realty began in 2009, splitting from another real estate company that no longer wished to do property management. Today we manage over one hundred properties all across Polk County Florida and surrounding areas. Our repertoire of managed properties include single family homes, multi-family homes, mobile homes, small apartment complexes, and commercial properties.
 
With over a decade of experience, we have built relationships with local vendors. Repair work is done after getting owner approval.

We also offer services in buying and selling both residential and commercial real estate, we even have experience helping foreign buyers and sellers looking to relocate. 

We have multiple Owners who are foreign and are familiar with the tax disclosures needed on sale of a property and upon the closing of the fiscal year.

At Your Service Realty empezo en 2009, cortado de otro empresa inmobilaria que no quría hacer administración de propiedades. Hoy manejamos mas de cien propedades en Polk County Florida, y áreas circundantes. Nuestra colección de vivendas gestionadas incluye casas de un familia, vivendas multifamiliar, casas móviles, apartamentos, y propiedades comerciales.
 
Con mas de diez años de experiencia, conozemos emprezas de reparación locales. Reparaciones empiezan despues de que los duenos dan su aprobación. Tambien offrecemos servicios en comprando y vendendio propedad comercial y residencial. Somos familiares con ayudando a extranjeros.

Tenemos multiples clientes que son extranjeros, y somos familiares con los declaraciones de impuestos que nececitan cuando vienden una propedad o cuando cierre el ano fiscal.
